Rope Access Practitioner Programme
Once a rope access technician has logged real time on the ropes, the next step is Practitioner level, taking on rigging, rescue, and worksite compliance responsibility rather than just executing the work. Group 583’s Rope Access Practitioner programme is a 5-day advanced course for technicians ready to extend their scope of work, and serves as the stepping stone toward Rope Access Level 3 (Supervisor). Training runs in Centurion or on-site for groups.

What you’ll be able to do after this course

- Rig ropes for work and rescue situations using relevant knots
- Perform rope manoeuvres
